Beveling Glass:
Beveling is achieved by grinding the surface of glass with progressively finer
diamond wheels. This cutting will create a faceted surface when viewed from the
front. Our machinery can bevel from 3/8" to 2" wide on glass or mirror. Beveling
can also be done on both straight lines and shapes.

Hole Drilling:
We have the ability to position any size hole in any location on the surface of
glass. 22 stock size diameters are available. We can produce any diameter on a
special order basis, please contact us for details.
<top
Polishing Glass:
Polishing is the process of grinding the edge of glass with progressively finer
diamond wheels. This technique creates a high lustre finish.
Polishing can be done to both straight lines and shapes.

V-Grooving Glass:
Glass grooving is not an edging process, but uses similar polishing and grinding
technology in producing decorative grooves (patterns) or plate grooves
(straight) on the surface of glass. The depth of the groove is related to the
thickness of the glass, and it is not recommended to be fabricated on glass less
than 1/8" thick.

Pattern Cutting:
Need a special shape cut? We can do it. Precision cutting of all shapes and
sizes. Contact us for details

Close Tolerance Cutting:
Precision cutting of all shapes and sizes. Our automated equipment allows us to
meet your most exacting standards.

Laminating Glass:
Laminating glass is the process of bonding multiple pieces of glass together to
create a "glass sandwich".
This process offers tremendous opportunities for the use of special colors and
patterned glass. You look through this glass every time you drive, it is what
your cars windshield is made of.
<top
Tempering:
Tempering is the process of heating and rapidly cooling the glass which results
in improved thermal shock and impact resistance.
Sizes as small as 1" x 1" up to 96" x 144"
<top
Insulating:
Insulated glass units are produced by bonding two pieces of glass to a metal
spacer that separates the glass and creates an air space that acts as an
insulating barrier.
TGC uses a dual seal method of bonding the glass to a spacer which produces a
higher quality unit than a single seal method.
Also available with low E glass and argon gas.
